Each organization uses its own subdomain in Crunch, which is part of the URL that is used to access Crunch (e.g., https://yourbrand.crunch.io). Subdomains are set up when an organization is first created in Crunch.
How do I use a subdomain at Crunch?
You use your organization’s subdomain to see data in Crunch. If you receive data from more than one organization in Crunch, you will use a different login to access data for each organization. Until the transition to subdomains is complete, you will still be able to see all of your data in Crunch regardless of which subdomain you use to log in. If there are any issues, Crunch can help you get to the right place to avoid any issues later.
Subdomain redirects
To help with this transition, Crunch has started to redirect users to their organization’s subdomain when they log in to Crunch from app.crunch.io. The subdomain redirect takes place after authenticating in Crunch. Users will automatically be forwarded to their subdomain and see an in-app message explaining that they were redirected to their organization’s subdomain. Crunch strongly recommends bookmarking the subdomain for future use.
What will happen to app.crunch.io?
After the transition, users will be required to use their organization’s subdomain to access data in Crunch. To reduce confusion, Crunch plans to remove the ability to log in to Crunch using the app.crunch.io subdomain as it is not associated with any Crunch organization.
