Each organization has its own workspace in Crunch. Workspaces will allow each organization to securely control their data and who has access to it.
To access your organization’s workspace, go to [workspace].crunch.io. The workspace name is configured when your organization is created and is typically the name or domain of your organization.
If you have access to data from multiple organizations, we recommend that you access the data from each organization in it's own workspace.
Finding your workspace with app.crunch.io
Moving forward, app.crunch.io can be used to find and navigate to your organization’s workspace rather than to access your data in Crunch. In the Crunch workspace box, type your organization’s workspace name and press Continue to be redirected to your organization’s Crunch workspace:
If you are not sure of your organization’s workspace name, click the ‘I don’t know my Crunch workspace’ link. Enter the email address you use to access Crunch and press send email. You will receive an email with a link to your Crunch workspace(s):
If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, you can press the Resend email button to send the email again. Be sure to check your spam folder or talk to your IT department to ensure emails from Crunch are approved:
