How to import from Qualtrics into Crunch
The following describes how to import survey data from Qualtrics into Crunch.
Importing a Qualtrics survey
- Using the dropdown next to the folder you would like the new dataset, select 'New dataset':
- Select Qualtrics as the source of your import. You may need to enable Early Access to see the Qualtrics option:
- Sign into the Qualtrics login page.
If this is your first time integrating your Qualtrics account with Crunch, you must supply an API token in the resulting login page. Use the following steps (a. and b.) to generate a Qualtrics API token. If you've already configured an API token and signed into your Qualtrics account, you can proceed to step 4.
- Follow the instructions to Generate a Qualtrics API Token.
- Note the URL in your browser as you will need part of it to connect to the proper data center. In the following example, “ca1” is the datacenter:
- Enter the Qualtrics API Token and Datacenter id and then click the Sign in button:
- After you successfully log into Qualtrics, a listing of datasets opens:
- Follow the instructions to Generate a Qualtrics API Token.
- Select the Qualtrics survey you wish to import and then click Import.
A progress indicator displays while your dataset is importing:
- Your dataset appears when it finishes importing:
