How to import from Qualtrics into Crunch
At the time this article was written, you need to enable Early Access in Crunch. This step may no longer be necessary when the Importer is released.
The following describes how to import data from Qualtrics into Crunch:
If this is your first time integrating your Qualtrics account with Crunch, you must supply a Qualtrics API Token to connect. See Qualtrics' documentation for further information on how to generate a Qualtrics API Token.
Note the URL in your browser, as you will need part of it to connect to the proper data center. In the following example, “ca1” is the datacenter:

- Find your Qualtrics API Token. See Qualtrics' documentation for further information.
- Navigate to the folder where you'd like to import the dataset.
- Click the blue New button on the top right and select Dataset from the menu.
- Select Qualtrics as the source of your import.
- If it is your first time connecting, sign in to the Qualtrics login page by entering the Datacenter ID and API Key.
- After you successfully log in to Qualtrics, a listing of available surveys is displayed:
- Select the Qualtrics survey you wish to import, and then click Import.
